Lu`s pizza in Grafton

They are one of the best places to get pizza in the world. They have always been family owned and Lu is still shows up to lend a helping hand God bless her.

Good pizza with very good sauce. The mozzarella sticks were mediocre, but the marinara sauce was great. A regular pie will take 25 minutes. The atmosphere is clean, minimal and the service is courteous.

Food is absolutely wonderful and a service is super 👌

Ordered twice. Wrong both times. Besides that this pizza is not good. I don’t care for how they talk to people on top of that.

I have ordered for years and I can honestly say that I will order from no one else. Pizza sauce is sweet but I like it. I hope u all like it too

Our meal was delayed but let me tell you the New Owner did everything to make our dining experience the ultimate experience. Yes it's the first week since they reopened after the fire but the food does not disappoint. appreciated all they did to make dinner enjoyable. Thanks Lu,s we will be returning

As a 1st time customer it will also be my last time!! I called and ordered and they told me 30 mins and when I got there the lady told me it was gonna be another 20 mins.. she wasnt sure "why or what happened" ! She went and asked again and said at least 8 mins... took 15 more! I bought 2 large and a 10" gluten free and they were ALL THE SAME SIZE and burnt in spots but doughy inside for the one!

Lu’s is always friendly with us. Since we moved to Grafton recently we’ve had nothing but great experiences with the food and the deliveries. Of all the places to eat around here Lu’s is one of our favorites.

Every element of this pizza came together nicely. Plenty of sauce with a lot of flavor; a little sweeter than most but paired well with the crust. The crust was very thick and perhaps the only around that I would describe as fluffy, yet the outside baked nice and crispy. Very unique. The cheese was good too although the amount seemed to leave the pizza a little bare. A worthwhile stop. 3.75*

A friend recommended this place, due to being in the area. Ordered pizza and was delicious! With soda, it was worth the money. It's not a fancy place, but very clean. The service was very good, and I would also recommend this place.

Yum. For the first timers it's the best pie around. For the long time customers Lu's hasn't missed a beat after having to relocate. The location is clean...I would say immaculate. The staff seem to be friendly and sweet. There is some seating if you cant wait to dip into your pie. There are other menu choices your those not in the mood for pizza. There is plenty of parking. If I was to make any suggestions it would only to maybe reroute the traffic for carryout customers during busy times so you aren't awkwardly standing next to a table of people trying to eat. We love the pizza and will drive 20 minutes and go past 6 other parlors to get it.

Food was great, but service took almost 2 hours for our meal with no compensation. No napkins, no refills and no apologies for our unbelievably long wait.

2 hours to get pizza. Then..you bet. It’s wrong. Also cold. I wonder how long they were keep saying “sorry we’re new”. 2nd time now since they have reopened. I’ll stick to Marco’s.

Use to be a fan, not any more! Terrible customer service. Ask to make sure my pizza was a little crispy due to the fact the last 2 times it’s been very doughy and I had to put it in my oven to finish baking it. I was told it would be hit or miss tonight due to them being busy?!! After I hung up I decided to call back and cancel my order due to not wanting a “miss” again literally 2 minutes after I ordered . I was treated very rude and hung up on. This place has gone down hill since it’s reopening! Never again, I have lived in Grafton for 15 years but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good pizza. I wish it didn’t take a hour and half for delivery. Also one of the pizza’s was made wrong.

The large pizza Is like a small pizza from Marcos pizza and to me and my family did not like Lu's pizza we thought it would of been better off going to Little Caesars.

Lu's Pizza is back, and just as delicious as it was. Highly recommend. They have a GF menu but it's not recommended for those with Celiacs. In my case, my family had this pizza, and loved it. Others I've talked to, said the same thing too, delicious as ever.

First time customer. Ordered pizza on 9/28/19 at 3:45 pm.Pizza didn't arrive until 5:50 pm.Pizza was cold.I can literally see the pizza shop from my front yard, I live less than a mile away. No excuses as to way it took over 2 hours.I will give this place 1 more chance only because multiple people tell me how good it is, so ill update my review at that time. until then, 1 star from me because it was really late and cold.EDIT* second order was much better.

This has got to be the best pizza in the grafton area. The pizza is always phenomenal and the staff is always friendly. Highly suggest it.

I will be honest. Our family hasn't eaten here in years. We just didn't eat out much. Then the fire happened, which was devastating to our community. Well, tragedy brought our community together. I was a bit sad the first Saturday that they were opened. A 2 HOUR WAIT! I was sad for my tummy! So glad to see Lu's supporters giving them a giant "WELCOME BACK". (Not angry at all) We waited until the following weekend to order. Waited a very short time and got THE best pizza around! Okay, now I'll admit we've ordered more than we should have the last few times. No we didn't. Can you say leftovers😂 Seriously the best pizza around. We are hiring them for our daughter's wedding reception! Congrats Lu's Pizza. Welcome back!

Quaint hometown pizza joint. Well lit, clean, ample seating. Games available to pass time waiting for orders. Large selection, keto friendly as well. Friendly, kind staff.

I went to Lu's Pizza last night for the first time in my life. I could just rave and rave about this place. The service was phenomenal. We sat and talked with the owner for probably 25 minutes if not longer. The atmosphere was like being at home and talking with your family. I feel awful i cant remember the owners name but she made a big impression on me last night. I really enjoyed her history on the place and the conversation her and my grandma held about good ol' Grafton. We didn't even get the pizza, but i am excited to try it! We got the chicken Philly and it was fresh and tasty! If you haven't been to Lu's i can promise you that you are missing out!

Grew up eating Lu's pizza. It's made me the super hero I am today. Love their pizza.

Been going here for a few years. Amazing pizza but have experienced pretty bad customer service a few times

Ordered the cauliflower crust pizza which comes only in large. That's fine except I think the crust shrank? It was actually about the size of a medium. Which is initially why only 4 stars but everything else was great! Including the taste of the food, the staff and the atmosphere of the place!

There’s no place around that can give you the amazing flavorful homemade taste like Lu’s pizza. You hear so many complain about the sizes but if you just ask they will let you know what’s available and people complain about delivery well you can’t have 10 delivery drivers so it will take longer to deliver, pick up is always an option first. Patio is open for a nice meal outside under the lights. You get a feel for family and always aim to ensure you get the best service.

Quality pizza with unique toppings offered. New dine in area a much needed addition to Grafton. Great to have another sit-down restaraunt to dine at. We will return.

Over an hour wait, wasn't busy. Wings were not crispy as ordered. Pizza was mediocre at best. Minimal flavor. The candies they sold for a third party were amazing, for our silver lining

Opened in 1977, Lu's Pizza has been serving family goodness for over 42 years. Great food, atmosphere and portion sizes here..you won't go home hungry.....6 stars!!
